No — not with Theme Switcher alone. The plugin is designed to perform a complete theme swap for the selected page, including all theme files, templates, and assets. This works the same as manually deactivating one theme and activating another, so each page will load the header, footer, and layouts defined by its assigned theme.

If you need a consistent header or footer across multiple themes, those shared elements must be moved into a plugin or another centralized location outside the theme folders.
